FAQ

Q. How much time do you require to set up?
A. Usually one hour is sufficient.

Q. We have been let down by our DJ/band and need a system tonight!?
A. Please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help you.

Q. Is your equipment PAT tested and do you have a relevant certificate?
A. Yes it is and yes we do.

Q. Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
A. Yes. We have a £10m policy with Royal & Sun Alliance.

Q. Is delivery, installation and collection really included in the prices shown?

A. Yes it is, subject to being within our catchment area around Stratford on Avon which includes; Bidford, Evesham, Alcester, Studley, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Alvechurch, Solihull and Henley in Arden. If your location is not stated please contact us to see if your address qualifies for inclusive delivery. Arden Events also service many other areas within Warwickshire, Worcestershire, parts of Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Unlike others we do not charge travelling time but do charge 75p per mile to cover vehicle expenses. Any extra charge will be confirmed prior to booking.

Q. Is the equipment easy to use?
A. Yes! Immediately following delivery and installation, full instruction for correct operation of all equipment is provided, and any questions can be answered.

Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. We cover most of Warwickshire and Worcestershire together with parts of Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

Q. When do you require payment?
A. A non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit of £20 is required to secure a hire. The balance is required in cash or bank transfer on installation. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

Q. Is there a damage deposit?
A. Yes there is. We require a refundable £150 damage deposit to be paid in cash or bank transfer on the day of hire. This will be returned back to your bank account once all our equipment has been collected and checked back into stock. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

A. Throughout the event we supply full telephone support on the mobile number shown below.
